(1005 cals)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strike&gt;2 apples (180 cals?&amp;nbsp;)&lt;br /&gt;soup&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; (300 cals?&amp;nbsp;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so you're at least at 480. &lt;br /&gt;and you obviously didn't purge all those other calories.&lt;br /&gt;today you failed. &lt;br /&gt;do better tomorrow bitch.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ps:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;your bmi is up in the twenties bitch.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; do you want to be a cow forever?&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; take your fat ass for a run. now.&lt;/p&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">&lt;font size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;today...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;terrible..&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;gained?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;font color="#00ccff"&gt;114/115&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/u&gt; again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;felt like i ate &lt;u&gt;alot..&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;oatmeal in the morning -&lt;font color="#3366ff"&gt;140&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10 saltine crackers - &lt;font color="#3366ff"&gt;129&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;an apple - &lt;font color="#3366ff"&gt;80&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;= &lt;font color="#33cccc"&gt;340&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;excercised/burned&lt;font color="#6633cc"&gt; 220&lt;/font&gt; so thats &lt;font color="#33cccc"&gt;129&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;drank some booster juice smoothie.. lets say &lt;font color="#33cccc"&gt;120&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;purged it.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;(and im scared that i backed up the toilet...)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;then i had supper.. roughly &lt;font color="#3366ff"&gt;140&lt;/font&gt; cals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so i guess my total for today is maybe from &lt;font color="#33cccc"&gt;350-400&lt;/font&gt;?&lt;br /&gt;ughh.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#ff3366"&gt;nothing else tonightt. (ugh) &lt;br /&gt;so total&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt; 135&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;binged when i came home on saltine crackers?&amp;nbsp; so approx&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt; 250&lt;/font&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#3366ff"&gt;dinner:&lt;/font&gt; campbells low fat noodles approx &lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;140&lt;/font&gt; cals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strike&gt;thats 665! :(&lt;br /&gt;and add on approx&amp;nbsp;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;48&lt;/font&gt; for like 20 grapes....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;THATS 714?!&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;gah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strike&gt;&lt;font color="#00ccff"&gt;gonna try to go burn that much on my cousins excerise bike..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#6633cc"&gt;i wish i had one, maybe for my birthday?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Burned &lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color="#33cccc"&gt;400&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; on the excercise bike&lt;font color="#3366ff"&gt; &lt;strong&gt;(:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;so that brings the total down to roughly&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color="#66cc99"&gt;&lt;u&gt;314 cals total!&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#663399"&gt;DO BETTER TOMORROW!     <content type="html">&lt;font color="#33cccc"&gt;REALLY PROUD OF MYSELF TODAY.&amp;nbsp; (:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;so today, i had 2 microwave pancakes in the morning.. 80cals each..&lt;br /&gt;but i picked them apart alot, and i hid some in my pocket to throw out.&lt;br /&gt;so many around 150cals from those. I also had about 40 cals of juice..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#008080"&gt;went to school.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;came home early..&lt;br /&gt;took a bath &amp;amp;&amp;amp; had a nap until 3:30&lt;font color="#33ccff"&gt; &amp;hearts;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#3366ff"&gt;then 4:45&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br /&gt;ate low fat, low cal, low sodium cambells noodles..200cals per serving..&lt;br /&gt;i ate maybe 130 cals.&lt;br /&gt;then i ate an apple. 60 cals... maybe?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#333399"&gt;so &amp;lt; 380 today. (:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;basketball practise in a half hour.. for an hour and a half..&lt;br /&gt;just burnin up the cals.. and then obviously &lt;strike&gt;no eating afterwards.&lt;/strike&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i ate a &lt;font color="#ff6600"&gt;clemintine,&lt;/font&gt; and around &lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;half an apple&lt;/font&gt;.. it tasted &lt;u&gt;so good&lt;/u&gt;, and its not even fatty (: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#6633cc"&gt;i feel good for once. &amp;hearts;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font size="6"&gt;&lt;font size="3"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;</content>

    <content type="html">&lt;strike&gt;DAMN.&lt;br /&gt;i was doing so well today.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;it seems that i always end up having a 1000 cal binge in the evening.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;THAT HAS GOT TO STOP.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strike&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;i &lt;/font&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color="#33cccc"&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;purged.&lt;/font&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;ugh.&lt;br /&gt;first time in like &lt;em&gt;8 months&lt;/em&gt;. i &lt;strike&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;can't&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strike&gt; &lt;strong&gt;wont&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;make that a new habit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;well at least i feel a little better..&lt;br /&gt;not as many cals in me now (: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color="#33cccc"&gt;TOMORROWS PLAN:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;font color="#3366ff"&gt;Breakfast&lt;/font&gt; &lt;font color="#333399"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7:50am&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/font&gt; &lt;font color="#003366"&gt;small pancakes/apple juice..&lt;/font&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;font color="#008080"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;approx 150cals&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#3366ff"&gt;Dinner&lt;/font&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color="#333399"&gt;6:30 pm:&lt;/font&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;font color="#003366"&gt;small plate of noodles&lt;/font&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color="#008080"&gt;approx 200 cals?&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;font color="#808080"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;* buy new low fat noodles *&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font color="#339966"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Also, may have an apple ? (:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; so at leasts it's under 400.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;u&gt;115!!!! &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;font color="#000000"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;yay (:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">&lt;p&gt;School has &lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;everything.&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; I mean really though.&lt;br /&gt;- go to school at 8:00 am. &lt;br /&gt;- come home at 3:30 pm.&amp;nbsp; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Thats 7 1/2 hours without food!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Then just come home, do some homework( or check the community c: ), &lt;br /&gt;until it's 5:00 pm then have your supper.&lt;br /&gt;there we go your done for the night!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;not to mention all the &lt;strong&gt;thinspo&lt;/strong&gt; you get at school!?&lt;br /&gt;i mean you see the &lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;popular&lt;/em&gt; &lt;u&gt;thin&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; girls walking around the halls as if they own them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;wouldn't you like to be one of them?&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;i know&lt;strong&gt; i&lt;/strong&gt; would.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;if i stay on this path, who knows, maybe i'll become &lt;em&gt;pretty&lt;/em&gt;, and &lt;strike&gt;perfect &lt;/strike&gt;enough to join their little perfect world.
